"Christmas-At-Sea" Program

This knitting ministry began during Lent 2008 with a challenge: to knit 4,000 hats for Mariners whose work takes them to the Gulf Region of the United States. We were happy to help them out. Recently we mailed a box of 24 hats and scarves. Our current knitting and crochet is for Amistad Mission. They provide more than "housing" for the orphaned and abandoned children of Cochabamba, Bolivia. We are primarily making hats, scarves, fingerless gloves, etc. for children ages 7-15. We are having lots of fun with bright colors of yarn. Anyone is encouraged to join our knitting group. We would love to teach you to knit or crochet.

Special Services

Pastoral Care, Outreach and Service
Pastoral care and spiritual counsel are provided by the Priest-in-Charge and Deacon.

Our unique buildings and visibility on Main Street provide special opportunity for outreach and service. The facilities are used throughout the year to meet community needs. Members of the congregation are supported and equipped for ministry both within and outside the congregation.

Trinity Church is responding to the needs of children in elementary schools in Russellville and Logan County who lack school supplies, food, and clothing. To help meet these needs, Trinity Church gives sizable financial gifts to Stevenson Elementary Family Resource Center in Russellville and to the resource centers of the five county schools. In addition, the Church supports the Russellville-Logan County Good Samaritan Inc. that supplies food and other needs to people in the community. If you would like to help, please contact info@trinityrussellville.org.
